Caffeine
Caffeine an addictive drug affeecting nearly 90% of Americans. Isn't usally grouped with cocaine and heroine which are both simillar in many ways except the fact that caffeines long-term side effects are not usallay life threatening. Yet even though caffeine may not be ass lethal it is still vey addictive. Most people are unaware of caffeine's addictive properties. Those who consume 300 mg. or more per day, suffer from withdrawal symptoms if they abruptly cut off their caffeine supply. Most users will suffer from symptoms of fatigue and depression, irritability, tremors, jumpiness, deprivation of deep sleep, and vascular headaches, due to the blood vessels in the brain dilating.
